1. Cancellation & Refunds

Your consultation time is reserved exclusively for you.

If you need to cancel:

- Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment time.

- Cancellations made 24–47 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled once, but are not eligible for a refund.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.

Exceptions may be made in the event of true emergencies, at our discretion.
